Our next workout will be schedueld ASAP. Most workouts will be at Glen Cove High School 150 Dosoris Ln, Glen Cove 11542. All athletes graduating in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 are welcomed. Unfortunately, we will only be able to accomodate a limited number of athletes, so please reply below if you will be attending. Registration will close when full, so act now.

Please also make sure you have a US Lacrosse number and bring the signed waiver you can dowload here:
